ABOUT THE MUSICIANS
The four flutists of FluteSpiration Quartet bring a wealth of noteworthy experience to the ensemble. In addition to representing a combined total of six music degrees from different colleges and universities, they have studied with many of the finest flutists of our time.

These four talented musicians have performed with twenty-one different orchestras, both within the local region and as far south as Venezuela, and have been featured soloists with a wide variety of these and other ensembles on more than eighteen separate occasions. All four flutists are active free-lance musicians, recital soloists and chamber music performers, and have performed a variety of styles from Broadway shows to Requiem Masses, and in settings from the Guthrie Theater in Minneapolis to the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C.

With a strong desire to "pay it forward" with the next generation of flutists, these gifted flutists have influenced the lives of hundreds of music students while sharing their expertise as flute instructors at more than a dozen educational institutions throughout the Upper Midwest.
